Mr. Waters brings extensive expertise in the cross-border capital markets with a special focus on Joint Ventures, Equity, Senior and Mezz Financing, M&A, LBO, and related transactions. 

 

In addition to his foundational finance roles, Mr. Waters is at the forefront of HaaS innovation strategies, reshaping the way financing and business operate in the age of Amazon.

 

Mr. Waters is based in Austin, Texas and divides his time between the U.S. and Asia.
