Stephen Steele

Stephen Steele, is the co-founder of three firms engaged in domestic and multinational transactions. Mr. Steele is an attorney and accomplished acquisition and transaction advisor with 40+ years’ experience in corporate, securities, and international transactions in Washington, DC and Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Steele has served as outside General Counsel to a diverse group of companies, a corporate and international attorney (Alston & Bird), a Washington, DC advisor (Cook Purcell), a US Senate staff member (Senator Wendell Ford), and currently serves as a global advisor and trustee for corporate and family transactions.
Mr. Steele holds a B.S. in Business from Indiana University (Bloomington, Indiana), a J.D. from Catholic University School of Law, with a concentration in Corporate Law (Washington, DC), and divides his time between the U.S. and Asia.
